Downloaded and installed latest version of AVG 2011 seams to work the exact same as previous one but bit tidier and looks quite professional. Have not tried infected machine yet but hopefully will guess AVG still are very good at promoting latest anti-virus.

1. Download and install PDFCreator http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
2. Open your document website or
3. Press CTRL + P select PDF creator from printer list
4. Click print and away you go this will save a pdf file of what you had on the screen.

Does your outlook crash on start? Does your Microsoft word freeze during using it? Do your programs generally crash and not start properly? Are you running an old version of office?
Then I would recommend installing Download Office 2003 Service Pack 3

1) Turn power switch (back of the printer) to OFF
2) Open front panel
3) While holding down the front panel Continue and Cancel buttons, power on the printer.
4) Keep holding the two buttons down until the error light (leftmost led) becomes solid.
5) Release buttons and close front panel.

Some great tools to test memory on desktop or laptop
Both are bootable that you burn off to CD and then restart computer. Press F12 (or what ever says Boot menu) and then boot off cd.
