Step 1 – Save Your Slides as Graphic Images

1. Open a presentation.
2. PowerPoint 2007 – Click Office button > Save As
   PowerPoint 2003 – Choose File > Save As…
3. Type a filename in the Filename: text box.
4. Click the Save As type: drop down list and choose the format for your picture — PNG
5. Click the Save button.
6. A dialog box will appear prompting you – Saving Every Slide – PowerPoint will create a new folder using the presentation filename for the folder name (you may opt to change this folder name), and add all the picture files to the folder. Each picture will be named Slide 1, Slide 2 and so on.

Step 2 – Insert All Pictures at Once

1. Start a new presentation.
   • PowerPoint 2007 – Choose Insert > Photo Album from the ribbon.
   • PowerPoint 2003 – Choose Insert > Picture > New Photo Album… from the menu.
2. In the Photo Album dialog box, choose to insert pictures from File/Disk.
3. Locate the pictures in the folder and press the keyboard shortcut keys Ctrl + A to select all the photos in this folder.
4. Click the Insert button.
5. Click Create to create the photo album.

To setup Outlook Signature:

Go to tools -> options

Mail format -> Signatures

Click on New

Name your signatures and click on Next

Enter in text you want in the box.
Click Finished -> Ok -> Ok

Outlook Express:

To set a signature under Windows live or Outlook express press on
Tools -> Options ->

n.b:If you do not see tools press down on Atl on keyboard
Then click on Signature Tab

Click on New and enter in signature or modify text.

Click on Add signature to all outgoing messages and click OK
To setup images you need to setup a html file using word, dreamweaver and select file Browse to file and enter.

Let me just start in saying that I do not clam to be expert in this area.
There are many things that effect ranking of website on the internet and there is not just one definite answer to getting to the top of Google, Yahoo, Msn
But there are quite a few things that we can do for you to improve your ranking of your site.

2. Make use of the “description” meta tag e.g. http://searchenginewatch.com/2167931
3. Improve the structure of your URLs, again back to the structure as above http://domain.ie/service/manage_services
4. Make your site easier to navigate, this is all about usability having links where people can see it.
5. Offer quality content and services, clear and consist details with text but not to much.
6. Write better anchor text e.g. Click Here is not as good at here is more information on managed service
7. Use heading tags appropriately. Title seen at top of browser of page should be relevent Logmein | quicktips.ie
8. Join relative social networks Twitter, Facebook

Getting bit more complicated

1. Optimize your use of images use alt=”image name” on all images.
2. Make effective use of robots.txt this is used before google, yahoo go near your site. http://quicktips.ie/robots.txt
3. Be aware of rel=”nofollow” for links
4. Promote your website in the right ways, better linking to your site and putting your site out there.
5. Make use of free webmaster tools, sign up for Webmaster tools and use them
6. Take advantage of web analytics services
7. Keep content up to date, update your site, bog regularly
8. Add site to open directories to increase possibility of linking.
