1. Click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management. OR Right click on My Computer and go to Computer Manager
2. In the console tree, click Services.
   Computer Management/Services and Applications/Services
3. In the details pane, double-click Print Spooler.
4. Right click on Print Spooler and restart service.
