Open up terminal (click into spotlight and look for terminal)
Paste in the following replacing filename.dmg with file to be changed and savefile.iso to output file.

Mac:
hdiutil convert /path/to/filename.dmg -format UDTO -o /path/to/savefile.iso

PC:
Magic ISO http://www.magiciso.com/
